About Lewis

I help busy people lose fat, build muscle, and gain confidence through sustainable training and nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle.

My passion for fitness started at 15, training at home and learning everything I could. I was naturally lean but struggled to gain muscle — through years of training, trial and error, and continuous learning, I went from 64kg to 84kg as a natural lifter.

Those hard-won lessons are what I use to help my clients avoid wasting time and effort. Alongside real-world experience, I hold a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science with Distinction from Edinburgh Napier University, giving me the education to back up every recommendation I make.

My philosophy: the best plan is the one you can consistently follow. I focus on technique, sustainable habits, and diet flexibility — no restriction, no one-size-fits-all templates.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me playing football or badminton, building PCs, gaming, or practising piano (over a year in and counting).

We start with a free consultation to understand your goals, assess your current fitness level, and identify any limitations. This is the foundation of your custom plan.
